About Your Package Prices on this site are quoted as per person, and are for land arrangements only. Mexico Unlimited, Inc will also gladly assist you with your air reservations, please have your travel agent call for current rates. Mexico Unlimited, Inc packages include roundtrip airport transfers (unless indicated), and applicable hotel tax.
Mexico Unlimited, Inc a full array of optional sightseeing tours for many Mexico destinations, as well as sportfishing packages in Cabo San Lucas, La Paz and Mazatlan. These can be reserved and prepaid through your travel agent.
Reservations & Payments A deposit of $l00.00 per person is due within seven days of reservation or booking will be subject to auto cancellation. Deposit is non-refundable for holidays and is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to departure require immediate payment. All Spring Break/Easter, Graduation, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year bookings, final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Last minute bookings will be assessed a late fee of $20.00 (within 14 days of travel) and $30.00 (within 7 days of travel) per booking.
Cancellations Cancellations made after deposit but before full payment will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $25.00 per person ($100.00 per person for holiday bookings - Easter, spring break, graduation, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Cancellations after full payment may result in non-refundable air plus a $150.00 per person cancellation fee as well as any additional penalties that may be imposed by hotels or sightseeing companies. PLEASE VERIFY PENALTIES AT TIME OF BOOKING. AFTER DEPARTURE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE TO OFFSET THE CHARGES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF CHANGE/CANCELLATION PENALTIES.
Changes Once confirmation is received there will be a $25.00 per person handling fee for any changes to the itinerary. After full payment there is a $100.00 per person handling fee for any changes plus any difference in airfare and/or hotel costs. Holiday bookings are subject to additional surcharges. Change fees on United and American Airlines may differ - please call for details.
Refunds All hotels are prepaid and refunds will be processed only after the monies have been returned to Mexico Unlimited, Inc, Inc. by our suppliers. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CHANGES OR UNUSED SERVICES AFTER DEPARTURE.

Baggage Free personal baggage is limited to two standard size bags plus one carry on item. If you require additional baggage, payment must be made directly to the airlines' baggage handlers. Mexico Unlimited, Inc, Inc. and/or its agents will not be held liable for lost or damaged baggage. Damages or lost baggage should be immediately called to the attention of the airline and settled with the airline, transportation company or baggage handler involved.
Mexican Departure Taxes The Mexican Government charges an airport departure tax (currently $12.00 US.) prior to check-in for your return flight. This tax is included in tickets issued by Mexico Unlimited, Inc.
Mexico Entry Requirements U.S. and Canadian citizens are required to provide a valid passport or proof of citizenship and must be in possession of a valid Mexico Tourist Card. Citizens of other countries are advised to check with Mexican and U.S. Immigration officials for specific requirements. Minors traveling alone or with only one parent must have special written, notarized permission. Please check with your travel agent about those requirements.
Hotels are confirmed according to rates and chosen itinerary. In very rare occurrences hotels may be substituted by Mexico Unlimited, Inc or its agents if required for reasons beyond our control. Appropriate refunds will be made if substituted hotel should be of a lesser value than the previously requested hotel. Such refunds shall constitute the only liability of Mexico Unlimited, Inc, Inc. and its agents in such cases.
Meals are not included except where noted.
Tips and Taxes Gratuities are only included where specified. All air taxes are included when tickets are issued by Mexico Unlimited, Inc, Inc.
Prices Prices are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without notice. Prices will be guaranteed only upon receipt of full payment for confirmed reservations. Changing your reservations after payment is made may alter the price of your package.
Responsability Clause These tours are arranged and operated by Mexico Unlimited, Inc, Inc. Mexico Unlimited, Inc acts only in the capacity of an agent for the airlines, hotels, transportation companies, sightseeing companies, and other independent contractors which supply the actual components of these tours. These companes are independent suppliers over which we have no direct control, and as such, Mexico Unlimited, Inc shall not be held liable for any claim, loss, accident, injury, damage, expense, inconvenience, or other irregularity resulting from; 1) The act, error, omission or misrepresentation of any party other than Mexico Unlimited, Inc or its direct employees; 2) Mechanical breakdowns, government actions, strikes, theft, weather, flight cancellation, transportation schedule changes, or any other factors beyond our control; 3) Your failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to baggage requirements, check in and check out times, flight reconfirmations, transportation schedules and departure taxes; 4) Your failure to obtain proof of citizenship, tourist cards, passports, health certificates, or any other travel documents which may be required; 5) Your cancellation or change for any reason, other than those within the guidelines of our cancellation/change policy stated above; 6) Any physical or mental handicap or condition requiring special facilities or services. Arrangements for such conditions are the sole responsibility of the traveler. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, error, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The passage contract (when issued) shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the passenger or purchaser.
